They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends or family here. I'm not sure if I loved them that much to be honest.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
