I was admitted into the hospital from the ER for unexplained anaphylaxis shock. I was in no condition to choose which doctors at the hospital I saw and which I sent away. Turns out as a normal consult Dr. Cannon is not covered under my insurance. As an emergency room admit, however, he would be. My insurance explained this to his office, as did I. Instead of being helpful I was told that "Dr. Cannon does not care where his patients come from and will not change anything." Well his not caring was quite obvious. His "consult" didn't even shed any light on what sent me into anaphylaxis. Glad I get to now shell out all the money to pay him when it seems he was just a superfluous "consult" who stopped by my room and pretended to be necessary for a little extra cash.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I went in to see Dr. Cannon for acne...I had huge cystic pimples all over my face and I knew this because my sister is an aesthetician but she lives in another town and cannot always help me. He said my skin was not very bad and told me to buy cetaphil soap and then my skin would clear up. WRONG! I went to Abilene Skin & Dermatology they could tell right off the bat my skin was terrible they put me on medicine and prescribed me epiduo for my topical...in addition they did professional extractions...thanks to Abilene Skin & Dermatology my skin is beautiful. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it.
