They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Their office was way too cold,. I They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. Office staff are easy to talk to.He can be bit gruff at times but really tries not to.
