They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
