I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They had a fantastic selection of magazines in the waiting room. Having some good reading material made time go by so much faster. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.
