I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits. I appreciated that during the appointment they made a point to address both me and my child. I was glad that they made an effort to include both of us. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood.. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.
