I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about my children and what I have to say. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.They followed up with me after my appointment and everything.
