I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I appreciated that they allowed me to accompany my child, and didn't make me wait in the waiting room. It's always made me nervous when I wasn't allowed to be with my child at other places. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
