The office staff at this office is completely incompetent. My child was sick on a Friday and I called in the morning and had to call back several hours later because no one called. The receptionist told me my call had been forwarded to a doctor who was not there. I got no apology and I was then told it was too late to bring my child in to be seen.

I waited until Monday and I was told I could bring her in anytime betweeen 9-11 or 1-3. I drove 45 minutes to arrive at about 10:40 only to be told by the receptionist that they were going to stop taking patients early because they were too busy. She told me I could come back after 1pm (I have a 2 year old and that is the middle of nap time, and I live 45 minutes away), or I could take my child to the ER! She was not sick enough for the ER and I insisted they see her. I have never been treated so badly by an office staff.

Every time I have dealt with this office it has been a problem. No appointment ever takes less than 2 hours. The time I spent waiting in the waiting room was far less than waiting in a room for a doctor. They changed my appointment on me without making sure it was a convenient time first and sent the letter in Spanish to notify me. Obviously assuming based on my last name.

The doctors are fine, but I always feel rushed once they finally get to our room. My child has never been mistreated and I have always been pleased with the demeanor of the nursing staff.

I will most certainly never take my child back simply because they are so disorganized and the office staff is rude and unprofessional.
