I felt that the provider did not want to have to deal with me. If he didn't need to do surgery then I wasn't worth time. First time I went he poked at my joint and determined there was no swelling. He said let nature take its course. I told him where pain is consistent and where it would increase after use. He did not address any. Came a second time after MRI was done, did not look at disc only read report and then dismissed me even though it stated damage, just not enough to do surgery. Yes I was very frustrated.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
