They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. Dr. Friesen has been my doctor for several years and since day one he has always taken time to talk with me about any problems I may have or concerns. He is Very Compassionate and Personal with his patients. I have Never met a doctor that does that! The man is Awesome!

Did a LOT of bloodwork at first appointment - said the results would help to determine if I was on correct dosages of meds...duh! Had to call to check on results after a month went by without hearing anything. So office staff just scheduled another appointment for me. At that appointment I was informed that my lab results were 'lost' and they thought it would be ok to just run them all again (at my expense?!). I definately did not consent to that! Doctor talked me into buying fish oil pills that he 'conveniently' happens to sell at his office. Wife saw price charged for said pills and decided we needed to return those (double the price charged anywhere else! I didn't know what those go for).Office 'staff' was very argumentative and treated me poorly (especially when I returned the OVERPRICED, unneeded supplements the doctor 'prescribed' me). Also would not listen to concerns about my health. Would not provide me with a copy of bloodwork results that they evidently 'found'.
