I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. 4 months waiting for medicine that was never submitted.
