dr filchock was more interested in her computer than in what i was trying to tell her and you could tell she did not know how to operate the computer very much. every visit she would order more tests. she dropped out of my insurance network and did not tell me. i found out after she was removed from her practice and the bills started coming. i hope she has learned from her experience on how to better treat her patient

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome, but the Dr. on the other hand was great and made me always feel welcome and made up for the grumpy staff.

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
