I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.

His age [75 at this time] was not a factor but his attitude was. First he insisted I have a skin test for TB (which was actually a subcutaneous injection on my inner wrist of 1 ml of something from a vial) which made me feel ill for a week after he insisted it would not affect me. Then he said the alternative health therapies I've used in the past are BS. I didn't like him insulting my former therapies that have helped me more than any MD has ever helped me (as far as my state of general health are concerned). I have no desire to go back to him for anything. He seems to think his MD credits on his wall mean that he's perfect but he's far from it. An MD of any age can have a bad attitude whether he/she is 35 or 75.
