I waited each time over 45 minutes. There were so many patients, some asked to be rescheduled. Dr. Vroman spent more time telling me why I should pay him for the premium lens - that is not covered by Medicare. He didn't tell me of the risks involved with it - he only wanted the extra money. I have had to have 5 surgeries on my eyes and I still have problems.Dr. Vroman even yelled at me during surgery and wouldn't return my calls when I left messages that I was in pain. It's all about the money for him. He lacks scruples and is not concerned about the outcome of his patients.

They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. As a side note, on my way to the appointment I was worried that I must have gotten wrong directions because I was practically out in the boondocks by the time I reached their building. I almost turned around because I was sure I must have passed their office, but to my surprise it was just really inconveniently located. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
