They always return my phone calls right away. I've never had to wait more than 24 hours. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I wish they had known a bit more about the latest medical advancements. I feel like I would have had more treatment options if they had known. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. Whenever I need a question answered, I can always call them up and get it answered right away. It's so nice not having to drive all the way down there for an appointment every time I have a question.
