Dr McCaffrey himself is very pleasant but he is somewhat complacent in regards to the practice, staff & procedures - no one takes any responsibility for their actions (or lack of) and it's always the fault of the insurance companies, not the inadiquencies of the staff.

Expecting a return phone call is hopeless. The receptionists begrudgingly take messages and it sounds as if they are typing it into some system but if you actual manage to circumvent the phone system and get to a specific individual, they claim to never have received any message. If you ask them to leave a message for the doctor, that's all it is - do not expect a callback from an assistant, nurse, etc.

I would like to say the few have wrecked it for the many but this behavior seems to be the rule and not the exception. It appears to be the environment enables and promotes the behavior which is a sad reflection of the customer service these days.
I have been a patient for several years and these are not isolated experiences. My condition requires a specific treatment and I'm held hostage by the fact that there are a limited amount of doctors in this area that treat.
I do enjoy & trust Dr. McCaffrey once I actually get to see him & hope that he finds a different staff & location...one can dream.

I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. I don't think they have any qualifications! There definitely wasn't anything displayed. They weren't friendly at all to me during my appointment. They were extremely rude and impolite, which made me devalue their opinion and ability to provide proper care. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them.
