I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. The waiting room had everything my child could ask for. TV's, toys, magazines.... and not just for younger kids but for adolescents as well. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary however, sometimes I do have to wait awhile to be seen. Even with an appointment. I am always able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. Their equipment here is safe, well taken care of, and also kid friendly. My children always seem comfortable in their care. I am very grateful to have Dr. Cohen for my children's care.
