4 1/2 years ago my son saw Dr. He for what she told us was the flu. His symptoms got worse, fever reaching almost 104. We called back, explained this, and were told it would have to run its course. Symptoms got even WORSE! He had severe shortness of breath, was throwing up, fever. Called back and demanded they see him. Was told still that it was a virus and it needed to run its course. Begged for them to give him antibiotics and were denied. Ended up having to run him to the hospital. He had fungal pneumonia & if we wouldn't have taken him to the hospital he would have died! He had to be rushed to Hershey Med and had to have the infected tissue cut out from between his rib cage & lungs! No 6 yr old should have to have that happen, especially a MONTH before his 7th birthday! I don't know if Minghua He is still in practice, but she shouldn't be! She almost killed my baby w/her negligence! Even the doctors at the Med Center were furious! Dr. Forti is spectacular and Dr. Consevage is wonderful! They get 5 stars from me :)

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Not only were they able to answer all of my questions about immunizations, they gave me a lot of information that I wasn't aware of. I was amazed how much they knew. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. In fact, there are separate waiting areas for sick children and well children visits. Call-backs and questions are always prompt. I feel they really care about my daughter each and every time we have been there over the past 10+ years.
