They make every effort to ensure they address all your questions with comprehensive answers. If something comes up, they are always available or will get back to you within a few hours; if I think of any more questions I want answered they also will repond quickly via a return phone call if they are with patients. Their staff is friendly, welcoming and competent; they are so warm and professional, making the whole experience that much better. I was impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future of my health. The office was easy enough to find. I'll definitely be going back. I have never had a bad experience and believe they have a respect for me and my questions that many physicians do not have. They never dismiss you; they include you in the discussions regarding your health and making positive progress in the future.
