Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
