My appointment felt a little rushed. I understand that they are busy, but I would have liked a little more time. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. Their office was well organized and clean.
