Dr Schoepner is a good Dr but his office staff are very rude and incompetant in my opinion. They do not acknowlegde you when you enter and even afetr standing in front of the window for 5 minustes still do not respond/ Double book appts/ very rude when questioned about the issue. their customer service skills need some major work. canceled my scheduled time when i was sitting in waiting room and blamed me for not letting them know i was here. I am 6'2" 260lbs I am not easily missed. I stood in front of the window for 5 minutes waiting to be acknowldged. Then was laughed at for my wifes condition when i questioned why they canceled the appt. maybe they should have a bell at the window so you could ring it to let them know you are standing there since they dont acknowlegde you
