The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.
