I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They had some annoying music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories.

The doctor seems pretty good, he was friendly, attentive and concerned. The office staff needs a ton of improvement. They are disorganized, a little rude, and takes a long time to get an appointment, just making the appointment on the phone takes a while. Also, I have had to wait forever at my appointments, like 45 minutes or more. It is hard to find this type of doctor that also takes insurance. So, sometimes you have to take the bad with the good.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
