Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I will definitely recommend them to people I know.
