The office is easy to find, and the staff was corteous. But the waiting room (where I spent an hour and a half) was drafty. There was a tiny, static-filled tv in one corner. The office smelled fine, but it looked incredibly old and dingy. The walls were dirty and so was the carpet and 2 machines in my room had out-of-service signs. Also, the staff did not handle my referrals properly. A nightmare!

They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't inclusive of African Americans. Many of his patients are minority. There are mags that deal with our health issues too. I wouldn't think twice about sending my friends and family here. They are very good at what they do. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
