I felt the staff was rude and unprofessional. I got no sort of welcome from them and they weren't friendly in the least. Getting a convenient appointment at this office was time consuming but they worked it out. I honestly feel like I left with more problems than I went in with after seeing the receptionist. it was all for nothing. That appointment was a complete waste of time! Although I was happy with Dr. Legere for the past 15 years, It was the inept billing department that turned me into the Lancaster Credit Bureau because of their incompetence of submitting to my Insurance. I could have easily afforded the amount - but not an unjustified one. My recent visit was my last being told by an aggressive lady whom demanded I sign the same "waiver" that created the bad billing of last year. Dr. Leger - I will miss you - a real soldier. Mike Koth

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
But - Their latest billing was ABSURD - After 4 months of my work - I corrected the medicare mistake they were about to BILL ME.
I got their billing and my insurance provider together and resolved.
