They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.
