I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They knocked before entering the exam room, which I found to be very professional. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The chairs in their waiting room were some of the best I’ve ever seen. I could have easily dozed off while waiting to see the doctor.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.
