They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. My entire visit with Dr Gin lasted about 5 minutes. He was hired by a firm in Florida , for a firm in Kansas, who represents Ace American Insurance from somewhere else. His job was no more than to look at me and say I was ready for work . My work disability insurance was canceled because of his mis-diagnoissis. Or actually, in my opinion, he did his job well . Hired to say What he said and done with it.
I could not get a copy of his report and never have seen what he said---only the results----whicghwere devistating to my family

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.
