Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite awhile.
