We are a provider of wheelchairs, hospital beds and other medical equipment. With all the Medicare and other insurance Guidelines (old and new), it is of the most importance that the staff and Doctors help their patients with the documentation and correct RX so that the supplier/provider can deliver the equipment needed as soon as possible. Dr. Mehle and Staff are loved by their patient/s and family members and do want to help her patients with needed medical equipment but fall short on documentation and may take weeks for the supplier/vendor to receive this information - A suggestion is when a patient is in need of a wheelchair, walker or other medical items they need it as soon as possible not later - a patient can fall, go for weeks without sleep, have unbearable knee pain - Just because the paperwork was not complete or documented - with just a few minutes of reading the direction or asking your patient could have their needs met.
