Long wait times. Staff is pleasant and friendly. Dr Kelley refuses to make decisions with the best interest of the patient/family. Says "this is the way I am" versus this is the way we should treat you. Very disappointed in Dr Kelly and his decisions after 2 years, we are no better off in his care. Look elsewhere. not military family friendly or aware.
