I'm a new pt. referred by the VA.I'm a retired radiographer and am familiar with medical people and most procedures. However I've never been catheterized or had a cystoscopy myself and so had been very apprehensive about the upcoming visit. I took the opportunity to talk freely with the nurse who will assist the doctor and she understood my concerns about discomfort and potential embarrassment.It has helped me to get to know staff personally, I believe that it's extremely important.in order to feel relaxed & comfortable around the staff.for such sensitive procedures.
I'm hoping for good experiences during the time I remain a patient here. P.S. I chose Dr. Aschi specifically due to other reviews I had read, told him so, and he thanked me for that. Good sign! I always make an effort to humanize an interaction. I will be able to report on my new experiences afterwards and may amend my rating accordingly, hopefully even more favorably

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I will absolutely be returning to see them again. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.
