I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I loved how comfortable their waiting room chairs were. I almost didn't want to leave the waiting room. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. All of my questions were answered thoroughly and in-detail, and they took the time to really listen to me. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
