I feel Dr. Matthews does not care about her patients. Not only was she unprofessional and rude, she rushed my appoitment as if my problem was not important. I would not have been referred to a specialist if this was the case. I had a list of concerns/questions already prepared but I did not get to finish because she literally spent 2 minutes with me and as I was talking she was walking towards the door. I hope if someone needs a urologist they get better care than I received by her.
