Recent Reviews
I spent over 3 hours in the office and less than 5 minutes with the doctor. The office staff and medical assistants were pleasant, but there seemed to be an air of tension, as if they were afraid of upsetting the Dr. Hershberger. I saw the doctor walking around the office several times as I waited, she appeared to be supervising everyone; she might have focused more on actually attending to her patients. There was not one unoccupied seat in the waiting area; clearly consideration for the time and comfort of her patients is not a factor to her. The only reason someone overbooks like an airline is to make more money, it certainly shows that she could care less about quality of care. Once in the room with her, I felt my questions were unwelcome. She was abrupt and I felt that I was an intrusion on her time. It is unfortunate because she is the only doctor that takes my insurance in the area. I will not recommend her. Even if she turns out to be great on the technical side of things, she needs to practice more at being a caring human being.
