The receptionists there are so rude and lack good customer service. There seems to be no accountability on their poor behavior. I visited there ounce but was not satisfied with their services. lots of my questions were left unanswered and I wandered if I was in the right place. Moving around the country a lot and seeing different doctors gave me the ability to discerned good practices. They were not up to the task to me.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The waiting room had everything my child could ask for. TV's, toys, magazines.... and not just for younger kids but for adolescents as well. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
