Not only were they able to answer all of my questions about immunizations, they gave me a lot of information that I wasn't aware of. I was amazed how much they knew. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. The waiting room at this pediatrician's office had two separate areas, one for "sick" kids and one for "well" kids. This really gave me a peace of mind that my child wouldn't get sick.
