They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places.

Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. Their prices weren't outrageous, but they were a little too expensive. I wish they were willing to make it more affordable. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. They're very flexible with their appointment times. Whenever I want an afternoon appointment, they're able to get me in, and whenever I want a morning appointment, they're able to fit me in as well. It's great not having to rearrange my schedule at all. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places.
