They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. I really didn't like that they didn't explain my treatment's risks and benefits. I had no idea what to expect, and I didn't feel informed enough to make a decision. Their staff was somewhat friendly, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in.
