I liked the staff - very professional. Were respectful of my time and problems. I felt they were discriminating and honest in their review of my hands.

They assured me that what I thought was a problem was just a nuisance which could be treated or ignored at my option. Very pleased that they didn't simply proceed to treat something because I'd come there worried about it. I'm very tight for money and don't need cosmetic perfection.

Brought to my attention that the general weakness in my fingers was treatable (I thought it was attributable to old age). Since this has been bothering me, they recommended treatment before the problem progresses beyond the treatable stage. I am pursuing treatment on this issue which I am delighted can be reversed.

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful. The office was very easy to locate and is in a clean and safe area.

My husband went to this "specialist" after a hand injury with a large piece of glass that was in his right hand. The staff was very rude and the doctor was talking on two ear pieces while seeing my husband. He was told that the piece that was left in his hand was like a piece of shrapnel and could be left in there. The glass was lodged in his muscle and every time he bumped it or moved his hand it dropped him to his knees. We didn't reschedule another apt with them and went to our family doctor instead. They got us an apt with a specialist at children's hospital and they got the glass out and now his hand is able to finally heal. Before going to Children's I went on there to get copies of the 8 x-rays that they took. They came out with only 2 x-rays (bad copies at best) and said that was all they had. They wanted me to pay $20.00 for x-rays that we had already paid for and when I asked where the other x-rays were they said that they didn't have any more. The staff was very rude to me and I would not recommend anyone to go to this quack of a doctor.

They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They were overly rude and should have been a lot nicer. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me.
