They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation.

There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They were always ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
