Frequent LONG office waits to see the Dr. Poor office management. Two unrelated appointments they were unable to fulfill my needs because they "forgot" to order the proper materials. Never called to say they were unprepared. Wasted my time and had to reschedule. Short office hours. Need more availability outside of "normal" business hours.
