Dr Ngu is a very caring doctor and listens to your problems. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. She's the real deal and will always be honest with you weather you like it or not.

Dr. Ngu is an arrogant pompous person. Her bedside manners are like a rock. She does not like to be questioned and when she is she tries to belittle you. I've been seeing her for less than a year now and as of today I will never see her again. I was diagnosed with a blood clot and should have been on Loveinox to keep the blood clot from breaking off or moving and she felt the need to take me off this medicine. Now I need another Doppler to see if this blood clot is growing and she will not give the referral to me unless I go see her again even though the last time I saw her and asked her what the restrictions were for the Cuminden was and she told me to research it on the internet that she did not have the time to explain everything to me. She is a poor excuse for a Doctor and does not deserve this title. You take your life in your hands if you ever go see her...good luck.
