They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

I will with no question recommend them to everyone I know in need of an internist. I was so pleased with their high quality of care. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

Dr. Ngu is an arrogant pompous person. Her bedside manners are like a rock. She does not like to be questioned and when she is she tries to belittle you. I've been seeing her for less than a year now and as of today I will never see her again. I was diagnosed with a blood clot and should have been on Loveinox to keep the blood clot from breaking off or moving and she felt the need to take me off this medicine. Now I need another Doppler to see if this blood clot is growing and she will not give the referral to me unless I go see her again even though the last time I saw her and asked her what the restrictions were for the Cuminden was and she told me to research it on the internet that she did not have the time to explain everything to me. She is a poor excuse for a Doctor and does not deserve this title. You take your life in your hands if you ever go see her...good luck.
