Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
