Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. The staff is welcoming. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately.

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. wm. j
