He goes out of his way to make me feel respected and cared for. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned he is for my well-being. His advice is always professional and well thought out. He has been my Dr. for several years. During this time, he has tried many different options to help me with my health concerns. He tries to use the least amount of medication as possible. I REALLY like this. The staff always tries to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about it being rescheduled.

Drew's office staff is rude and unattentive. The phone is never answered, rather, you must leave your personal information on a answering machine. I signed in for an appointment and waited 20 minutes with no acknowledgement. Then, I had to flag down the office staff for them to acknowlegde that I had arrived. Finally, I asked to be billed at home, and to my dismay, recieved a letter from a collections office. I am sad to leave his services, due to poor office staff.
