I am going to find another PCP very quickly. I saw the doctor's assistant and she had horrible bedside manner and was not knowledgeable at all about my condition. I left feeling angry, confused and frustrated. The staff is friendly enough and the office is easy to find. However, I will only go back if they are the last doctors on earth!!!!!!!!!!
I have been a patient of Dr. Cook's for more than 30 years. Even though I have moved 20 miles away, I continue to be her patient because of her considerate, compassionate and thoughtful care. She listens to my concerns and takes the time to treat me as a human and as a patient. Their new facility is spacious, immaculate and well cared for. Their staff is friendly and very respectful. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.
